2: To ensure smooth and straight operation of the feeder during operation, track laying is required in the chicken coop. Adjust the chicken coop channels of all feeders to have the same width, the same height of the chicken cages, and parallel and neat arrangement. b, Fix the 3 * 30 angle steel on the ground plane according to the position of the guide wheel. Pay attention to the smooth and even joint position, and the weld should be on the back of the angle steel. When laying, first mark the track position as a true lineDrill 6mm holes in sections on a straight line, insert 6mm * 100mm round steel into the holes, raise them 17mm above the ground, and then cover the connected angle steel with the round steel, making both ends retreat into the chicken cage by 500-300mm.
3: The adjustment of the width of the feeder and chicken coop channel is divided into two models: A and B. The A-type feeder has a width of 600mm and is suitable for use with channel widths between 650-800MM. 4: Adjustment of feeding amount: There is no feeding adjustment port at the lower end of the feeding tube of this machine, which can be adjusted appropriately according to the feeding amount of the chicken.
